Bell Avenue Conservation District

The Bell Avenue Historic Conservation District (BAHCD) was the first historic conservation district (HCD) created in Denton. The BAHCD includes the properties that face Bell Avenue on both sides of the street, between University Boulevard and Sherman Drive.
