Texas Land & Building Company, LLC has been hired to plan and market approximately 900 acres in Denton, Texas owned by the Rayzor family. The property, located west of the Interstate 35 merge, south of Highway 380 and east of Denton’s airport was assembled by the late J. Newton Rayzor in the 1950’s and 60’s. Already home to industrial users Peterbilt, TetraPak and Fastenal, the land has existing rail service by Kansas City Southern and was recently selected by Target for a new 400,0000 sf frozen food distribution facility. Planning efforts will include providing additional rail served and non-rail industrial sites and other commercial uses.

In addition to providing incentives to relocating companies, the City of Denton has made improvements to the industrial area on the west side of the city to accommodate growth and bring quality jobs to the area including the construction of Western Blvd built to improve traffic flow.
