Matilda Weeden

Matilda Weeden joined City of Denton’s Economic Development Department in 2022. Prior to the City of Denton she worked at a local law firm as a legal assistant, helping in a variety of roles. Originally from Wisconsin, Matilda moved to Texas to attend Baylor University, graduating with a degree in International Relations. She has been a Denton resident since 2021 after many long road trips up I-35 from Waco to Wisconsin finally got to her and she had to see what North Texas was all about.
