Texas Woman’s University Continues a Legacy of Community in Denton
For 125 years, Texas Woman’s University has served Denton as a beacon of excellence in both academics and community involvement. One of the nation’s largest universities primarily for women, TWU is proud to partner with Denton Economic Development Partnership as a Chairman’s Circle Sponsor to continue its legacy of not only empowering students, but also empowering the community in which the school operates and which many of its graduating students will go on to live and work. It is through these types of partnerships and sponsorships that many of our economic initiatives are possible.

Texas Woman’s University is known for its exceptional programming in health sciences, education, business, the arts, and STEM fields. The school has expanded to include the main campus in Denton, as well as campuses in Dallas and Houston.
